the sparkling eyes

in the rush hour ....its 7 in the morning!!everyone are rushing to their work...some lazy ..some bored..some are in their usual mood..!!and amongst them i see this technician of our plant 'sheikh'..arrive with full zeal and hunger.!!..with a big smile on his face..eyes fresh from a good night"s sleep.!!his shirt full of stains of grease ..his shoes torn !!!..still this amazing intent as he staright away guides his team to work as we start the plant..

as the so called 'assembly line ' starts...a call from end to shekh to repair a machine...a call fro the other corner to clear the tools.....an abuse from his boss as he alone rushes to clear the paper work!!...his entire day is spent in this rush....on my first week..i was shocked and terrified ...at just how much this guy is made to work!!..and the money he gets??...peanuts

still everyday i see this guy with the same smile ..the same zeal..the same innovative levels.!!...as he sits with me and opens this lovely book where he makes all diagrams..!!.writes all ideas!!..some of them too expensive..some of them which no one knows!!...i was thrilled.!!..where does this guy get the stamina...to think beyond the routine..after hearing so many abuses..!!..after toiling and running behind almost the every corner of the plant!!..

still he comes every day and opens that note book !!..or rather opens his brain to me!!...and those sparkling eyes and that smile making me salute this young guy,!!:))

    ohh tats rite..the thing which keeps him going is this amazing willingness to think beyond..sometimes crazy ..and sometimes even the top bosses get amazed!!..

    Heyyyy meet started bloggin and all haan ...... i know what you mean with all the monotony and routine and the fact that you'll probably get nothing for all your hard work takes away all your energy and will to work. So one cant help but wonder how some ppl still manage to work everyday with so much enthusiasm ...... we have a lesson to learn from such ppl .... about finding little enjoyable things even in routine and working with enthusiasm not for anyone but ourselves, bcoz WE want to enjoy each day as it comes .......
